Catalyst was founded by Tobias Green in late 2023. After working as Head of Performance at a global underwear brand, he saw the challenges DTC businesses face everyday: lower cost per acquisition, higher spend and constant growth. Catalyst was launched as a performance-first agency to help brands take on those challenges.

In the beginning, we worked with thousands of UGC creators across a wide range of demographics, helping brands produce authentic, high-volume content that could keep pace with paid social. That early model gave us the scale, flexibility and creative variety needed to support fast-moving growth brands with ambitious goals.

As the business evolved, so did our offer. What began as a creator-led model grew into a full-funnel creative service, bringing together copywriters, creative strategists, producers and performance analysts. Today, our team of 50+ creatives combines deep platform knowledge with strategic thinking to deliver winning creative month after month.

Catalyst now delivers far more than UGC alone. Alongside authentic content from a network of over 6,000 creators, we specialise in Hi-Fi video, graphic design, motion design and stills. Our clients can expect dynamic creative assets alongside deep data and performance feedback to continuously sharpen results that reflect what’s working now.

As we help brands expand across the UK, EU and US, we want to support that growth with broad creator reach, multilingual capabilities and a scalable creative model.
