
Bolt Food is a fast-growing food delivery platform operating across competitive European markets. The challenge was producing locally relevant, high-volume UGC creative that could resonate authentically with audiences in Portugal, Poland, Romania and Czech Republic. We implemented a localised UGC production strategy, sourcing and directing creators in each market to reflect the culture, cuisine and tone that resonates with local audiences. Our creative approach leaned into everyday convenience, craveable food content and platform trust cues tailored market by market.
We produced 40 UGC creatives per month across four markets - Portugal, Poland, Romania and Czech Republic. Delivering a consistent volume of locally relevant content built for performance, across target markets as localised creative outperformed generic formats. The programme gave Bolt Food an always-on creative engine capable of feeding campaigns across multiple regions simultaneously without compromising on local authenticity.
