
Cleo is an American AI financial assistant, who partnered with us to increase creative diversity across their Meta account and unlock further scale. We implemented a broader creative testing strategy, combining high-volume UGC and UGC still production with the brand’s own audience insights to rapidly test new concepts, messaging angles and formats. By continuously analysing performance data, we identified winning creative patterns and scaled the strongest performers while maintaining a constant flow of fresh assets to avoid creative fatigue.
As a result, the account continued to scale steadily, supported by a significant increase in creative output month after month. We produced 60 UGC video assets and 40 UGC stills per month, enabling continuous testing and iteration across campaigns. One standout ad and its three variations became what the client described as a “home run”, generating over $300k in spend within 30 days and demonstrating the impact of a data-led creative scaling strategy. Between April 2025 and April 2026, spend has increased 108.6%, ROAS has increased by 28% and CPA has decreased 26.3%.
