
Delta Roam is a travel connectivity brand operating within a highly competitive digital market. The brand needed creative that could consistently drive strong performance while scaling efficiently across paid social. We implemented a creative-first testing strategy focused on UGC, statics and motion formats, combining product education with lifestyle-led storytelling and performance-driven messaging. Our approach centred around making the product feel seamless, trustworthy and easy to understand while continuously refreshing creative to maintain engagement and efficiency.
We produced a consistent pipeline of UGC creatives, allowing for ongoing testing and optimisation across audiences and placements. Top-performing creatives achieved a ROAS of 10.31, alongside strong CTRs, hook rates and hold rates across campaigns. Through structured creative testing and performance-led iteration, the account maintained consistently strong and stable results, even during more challenging trading periods. The introduction of clear, intent-driven UGC helped improve engagement, strengthen conversion efficiency and support scalable account growth.
