During the Black Friday period, the challenge was scaling paid social performance efficiently while remaining competitive during peak trading season. We supported the brand with a strategic UGC rollout across Meta and Pinterest, focused on strong promotional messaging, premium storytelling and performance-led creative designed to drive engagement and conversion. We delivered a continuous pipeline of high-performing UGC creatives to support campaign scaling and ongoing optimisation throughout Black Friday. As a result, the brand generated £3.5M in total sales during the Black Friday period, achieving a 79%+ YoY increase in revenue alongside a 4.00+ ROAS across both Meta and Pinterest.
