
Runna is a personalised running coaching app built for runners of every level, from beginners to marathon chasers. The challenge was cutting through a crowded fitness app market and converting high-intent users through paid social. We implemented a full-funnel creative strategy rooted in identity and transformation, targeting runners by goal, experience level and race ambition. Our approach combined aspirational storytelling with social proof and in-app product demos to drive downloads and subscription conversions.
We produced over 90 creatives per month across UGC and static formats, maintaining a high-velocity testing pipeline to surface winning angles quickly. Reduced CPAs meant the team felt confident in scaling spend, as the strongest creative concepts were identified and iterated on. Performance improved consistently month on month, with top creatives driving meaningful improvements in conversion efficiency and enabling Runna to scale campaigns with confidence.
