
Skin + Me is a dermatologist-formulated skincare brand, who partnered with us to increase creative diversity across their Meta account as the brand continued to scale. The challenge was maintaining creative performance while consistently introducing fresh concepts that aligned with audience insights and platform trends. We implemented a broad creative testing strategy across UGC formats, messaging angles and hooks, using performance data to identify winning creatives and scale the strongest assets efficiently across campaigns.
As a result, the account scaled successfully, increasing spend while simultaneously reducing CPA. We produced 30 UGC assets per month, enabling continuous testing and optimisation at scale. Catalyst ads quickly became a major driver of performance, accounting for half of total spend while delivering 32.70% lower CPA, a 116.55% higher conversion rate, 56.11% higher hook rates and 10.89% higher hold rates compared to non-catalyst ads.
