
Wonderbly is a personalised children's book brand that came to us looking to scale their creative output and improve paid social performance across formats. We implemented a high-volume creative testing framework built around two strategic pillars: emotional resonance and social proof. Our approach leaned into authentic, recipient-led storytelling. This combines price reframe hooks, emotional permanence messaging, and testimonial-backed angles across UGC and static formats to attract and convert high-intent buyers.
We produced 115 creatives per month across 25x3 UGC, 60x Statics, 20x Stills, and 10x Motion, enabling a continuous cycle of testing and iteration. Top UGC creatives delivered a 3.6x ROAS and a £23.04 CPA, while best-in-class static creatives achieved a £13.78 CPA which is 39% below the account average. Illustration-led formats drove scale while testimonial and social proof creatives delivered the strongest conversion efficiency, creating a complementary creative system that reduced CPA and improved account performance over time.
